We achieve this with having extensive monitoring solutions in place for all hosting plans that we manage, whether it be our Elastic Hosting, Multi-Account Reseller Hosting, Managed WordPress, or Managed Cloud Hosting. We monitor the hosting platforms that power your websites and cloud infrastructure. We detect, and react, often without you even noticing with our proactive monitoring.
As we’re here 24/7/365, we’re expanding on our extensive monitoring in place to add website monitoring options for you. For $10 per month per site, we will add your website(s) to our monitoring and if your site goes offline for whatever reason, our monitoring will detect this and alert our staff to investigate.
This is not just an automated message to you indicating a down alert. We have people that will pick up these alerts within about 15-30 minutes after the incident has been detected and review what has happened. If we have the ability to bring the site back up, we will work to restore it. If we are unable to address this, in about 60 minutes we will contact you directly by the contact method on file to alert you to the situation to take action.
These time frames are our average response times to such incidents and do not come with a response SLA, and could be responded to sooner than that or longer.
