As part of our service we provide to you, migrations from any provider are included within our pricing and plans such as Microsoft 365, Gmail or cPanel. No matter the support plan you choose, migrations are included. Other providers will charge you for this service. Once you place your order with us, we will contact you and schedule the migration of your data to Google Workspaces.

After you sign up and place your order, we will contact you to discuss your onboarding needs. In most situations except a small select providers the transition to us managing your Google Workspaces tenant is a pain free and seamless experience.

While we’d hate to see you go, no, you are not locked in to using us.

The Business Starter plan comes with almost all the tools you'll need including a generous amount of cloud storage as well as all the business collaboration and tools to connect to your team and customers. The Business Standard plan allows for huge amount of storage per user, while the Business Plus plan comes with even greater storage, as well as more tools for compliance and greater controls.

Yes. Google Workspaces provides the flexibility to sign up for the plan you need for the number of users you have. If you need some Business  Starter, some Business Standard and even some on the Business Plus, the order form will allow you to select the number of users for each.

Yes, absolutely. If your needs have changed and require, for example, end user support, then you’ll want to upgrade to our Gold Support plan. Please come to our chat when online or open a support ticket and we will be happy to discuss your needs further. If you are looking to downgrade your support plan, that also can be done and are happy to discuss an option to downgrade to this depending on the length of time you’ve been with us since the initial onboarding.

How’s this different? The Enterprise Support is a customizable support plan for organizations that have specialized needs from both the initial onboarding to ongoing management. When clients have ordered this, we will contact you to do a needs assessment and determine the cost depending on these needs. This starts at C$20 per month.

When the support plan lists end user support, we will directly reach out to each user when properly authenticated to work with them on their issues over email, screenshare, or chat. When this option is not available, the listed contacts on the Client Account are able to open support tickets on any end users behalf and we will provide support to the authorized contacts. If you have a small IT support team, plans that provide for end user support may be ideal.

We offer payment by major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX) as well as PayPal in CAD and USD. Please note that AMEX credit cards can only be processed in CAD.

The 14 day free trial needs to be initiated by us, and not through the standard order process. If you sign up through the standard ordering process this bypassed the free trial and would not be eligible for a refund. Please contact us through the contact button above where the mention of the free trial is for us to gather and collection the information needed for the free trial.
