How can I purchase a license?
Our sales team will be happy to assist with adding your license to your existing services with us. If you have a self managed hosting plan, our sales team will purchase the license on your behalf.
Can I buy a license but it's not hosted with you. Can I do that?
The licenses we offer are for exclusive use within our network.
Which products can I add these licenses on?
Many of the licenses listed here are already bundled within many of our products we offer to you. The licenses listed here are normally addons for a cloud or dedicated/bare metal server.
If you are curious if your plan already includes these, our sales team will gladly answer any questions you have.
Why do some licenses say starting from?
Any license listed with "starting from" has certain use restrictions, such as supporting a certain number of end user accounts, or size of the server specs itself as examples.
If you have an existing service with us, or interested in signing up, our sales team can confirm what license level you need for your unique situation.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer payment by major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX) as well as PayPal in CAD and USD. Please note that AMEX credit cards can only be processed in CAD..
Can I get a refund if this doesn't work for me?
In some cases, trial licenses may be available and if you are interested in trying it out on your server. If no trial license is available, once a license is issued to you a refund cannot be provided. But all licenses are payable monthly, so you are not locked in and can cancel at any time.
